Rollins Mortuary

Rollins Mortuary, Inc was founded by the late Paul C & Shirley Ann Smith Rollins in July 1968. Upon opening and presently, they provide traditional funeral services, cremation, and pre-need arrangements to Tuscaloosa and the surrounding West Alabama community. After 54 years in business, Rollins Mortuary, Inc remains family owned and operated by the 2nd generation of The Rollins family.

The Problem

Rollins Mortuary seemed to be outdated on their social media and website. They have no form of advertising other than paid programming ads aired on the Gospel station in Tuscaloosa. There also wasn’t a cohesive logo that was being used for branding.

The Solution

I revamped the logo with a new color scheme. I created a new & fresh social media appearance with the suggestion that posts are made at least weekly. A radio ad was created for branding on other radio stations outside of the Gospel station. I also made a customer satisfaction survey to see how they could improve to retain current families.
